Der Ankläger
aka. der Valeyard
Der Ankläger is mysterious Manifestation of the Doctors Dark side which was introduced in the Doctor Who Season "Das Urteil". He is described as an Incarnation which exists somewhere between the twelth and last Regeneration of the Doctor. The Valeyard embodies a Shadow side of the Doctor and acts as his Antagonis in which he trys to steal the Doctors Regenerations. But his exact nature remains uncertain which makes him a cryptic Figure in the mythologie of the Series.
Der Kurator
Der Kurator appears in the episode "Der Tag des Doktors" and is portrayed by Tom Baker who also once played the fourth Doctor. This mysterious Figure suggest that in the future he could be a Incarnation who decided to retire and to curate the artgallery of the British Museum. With his cryptic and charming persona the Curator is giving hints towards a possible future of the doctor while not giving exact answers.
Der Hüter
Der Hüter is a mysterious manifestation of the Doctor which appears during the incidents of the episode "Logopolis". He appeared as an invisible companion of the fourth Doctor to prepare the oncoming departure of this incarnation. Der Hüter watches the incidents and communicates telepathicly with the Doctor and his companions. At the start of the fourth Doctors regeneration Der Hüter united with the Doctor to found the basis for the fifth Doctor. Der Hüter remains a mysterious Figure in the Doctor Who Universe.
Das zeitlose Kind
The Zeitlose Kind was a creature of unknown origin which was discovered by Tecteun on Gallifrey. This child possesed the unique ability to heal itself from deadly injuries by Regenerating an ability that Tecteun studied later genetically transfered to the people of Gallifrey. With that procedure the Timelords were created who now were able to Regenerate. The existance and its importance was first revealed in the episode "Die Zeitlosen Kinder". It later became the Doctor without any knowledge of its previous identity and the importance to the history of the Timelords.
Metakrise-Doktor
The Meta-Crisis Doctor is a unique incarnation of the Doctor which got its origins in a instant biological Meta crisis. He was first appeared in the episode "Das Ende der Reise" after the regenerative engery of the tenth Doctor in combination with the DNA of Donna Noble created a Half-Timelord, half-human-Doctor. After the destruction of the Daleks he was sent to Petes's World by the original Doctor to live with Rose Tyler. In this parallel world he took the name "Corin".
Morbius-Doktoren
The so-called Morbius-Doctors are a bunch of faces which were shown during the spiritual fight between the fourth Doctor and Morbius in the episode "The Brain of Morbius". These faces represented incarnations which were there before the first known incarnation of the Doctor. Decades later in the episode "Die Zeitlose Kinder" it was revealed that these faces were indeed earlier incarnations of the Doctor. Previously they were presented in the series without context and also for a long time ignored.
Merlin
Magician from Avalon
In the Doctor Who episode "Excaliburs Vermächtnis" it is suggested that Merlin could be an earlier or alternative version of the Doctor. This idea is undermined by charackters like Morgaine which refers to the Doctor as "Merlin". Also the story shows that the Doctor could have a connection to Merlin because he leaves hints which therefore would identify him as this Figure. It remains uncertain if Merlin is actually a previous incarnation of if he is a potential future identity in an alternative timestream.
Shalka-Doktor
This Doctor was previously an alternative Version of the ninth incarnation of the Doctor from the Web-Animation "Scream of the Shalka". He is portrayed by Richard E. Grant and got a melanchonic, aristocratic personality. A long time it was uncertain if this Doctor still remains a part of the Canon but in the episode "Rogue" a holographic picture of this incarnation appears which serves the intention according to showrunner Russel T. Davies to re-integrate the Shalka-Doctor into the canon as an earlier incarnation of the Doctor before the first one.
Dr Moon
Dr. Moon is a mysterious AI from the "Silence in the Library" two-parter. During the story he functions as protector and advisor of the virtual reality of the Library by monitoring and supporting the there living humans. Steven Moffar -the author of the episode- had originally the idea that Dr. Moon is a future incarnation of the Doctor. This theory intended that the 45th Doctor after his death on a battlefield uploads his consciousness to the moon of the library to be with River Song. Even tho this backstory was never confirmed Moffat and Russell T Davies are considering this potentally as canon.
Dream Lord
The Dreamlord is a dark manifestation of the psyche of the Doctor and was created by psychich pollen in "Amys Entscheidung". He controls the dreams of the Doctor and his companions, confronts them with difficult descicions and faces the Doctor with his darkest sides. Cynical and prvocative is he mirroring selfdoubt, guilt and arrogance in himself. Even tho the Doctor defeated the Dreamlord a last glance in his reflection indicates that he will remain a part of the Doctors personality forever.
Dr. Who
Dr. Who is an alternative Version of the Doctor which was created for two motion Pictures adaptions of the Television Series and was portrayed as an excentric human scientist. He lives in the 20th century in a cottage in England with his granddaughters Susan and Barbara until he invents the Tardis, a Time and Space machine in the form of a british police box. This Figure and his Adventures are not part of the regular Conon of Doctor Who. Despite the differences to the known Versions of the Doctor "Dr. Who" remains a part of the broader Doctor Who cosmos.

"Der Andere" is mysterious and important figure in the history of the Timelords which were together with Rassilon and Omega the founders of Gallifrey. Even tho his name, heritage and look is lost in the Gallifreyan history there are multiple links to the Doctor. There are speculations that Der Andere is an early creature that will become the Doctor later but those were wiped over the centuries out of the Gallifreyan minds and the Doctors mind. Der Andere is mentioned for example in the Book "Die Hand des Omega".
